House is a thrill ride unlike any other I have read. Unseen twists associated with the Ted Dekker writing style and sheer imagination I've heard is common in Frank Peretti novels makes this collaboration work beautifully.
House is a thrill ride unlike any other I have read. Unseen twists associated with the Ted Dekker writing style and sheer imagination I've heard is common in Frank Peretti novels makes this collaboration work beautifully. The back of the book is intriguing enough if you are a fan of mystery books; it states "One game. Seven Players. Three rules. Game ends at dawn." That was enough to make me wonder what in the world this book held. Jack and Stephanie, a couple whose marriage is in serious trouble encounter the strangest patrolman when they appear lost on the back country roads in Alabama. Then an unforeseen "accident" leaves them with no where to turn but this house. But once they enter there is no going back and that leave a phenomenal page turner. If you are looking for a book that is hard to put down at the end of each chapter then this is the right one for you. ![]()
