Three Weddings and a Giggle is comprised of three novellas. These short stories all have one thing in common, a wedding. In each novella we meet a woman who for one reason or another is determined that marriage is not right for her, at least not right now. However, through extreme circumstances, all the women find Mr. Right and end up getting married. Some of the stories contain outings that we would not wish upon our worst enemies. For instance, in Sweet Chariot, the couple meets through their grandmothers and a harebrained idea to purchase a motor home, sight unseen. In Bride on the Run, we meet our bride climbing down a trellis in her wedding dress and running away from home. I found this delightful book just the right catch for the summer. With each novella only taking about one hundred or so pages, it would be the perfect book to take along to the beach or sit and relax with by the pool.
